I am a salad-obsessed artist and writer, roaming the world in search of like-minded creative people with stories to tell and recipes to share. I invite myself to their homes and studios, where we cook, talk, take photos, and share recipes. I am a maker myself, but my interest lies in the everyday practice of others. In the summer of 2012, I transformed the rooftop of MoMA PS1 in Long Island City into a salad garden, and I am thrilled to have the chance to do so at the Getty Museum.
