I am the Getty Research Institute's first digital humanities specialist and a historian of postwar German architecture. In my position at the Getty, I use my knowledge of art history and of web development to support computer-based research and publication. In my scholarly work, I’m interested in the representation of architecture and how buildings can function as symbols of shared values and identities.
