I'm a founding faculty member of the UCLA/Getty Graduate Program in Ethnographic and Archaeological Conservation, a partnership between UCLA and the Getty Conservation Institute. At the UCLA/Getty program, I teach in the areas of conservation of organic materials, preventive conservation, and conservation of collections, as well as work with indigenous communities. I am the Principal Investigator for the Andrew W. Mellon Opportunity for Diversity in Conservation grant.
