On View at the Getty Center: Greetings from L.A.: Artists and Publics 1950-1980
While the Feminist Art Program at CalArts is best known through the Womanhouse installation (1972), the artists involved with it also produced other projects, including this performance, which involved hundreds of egg shells, and bathtubs filled with eggs, blood, and clay.
