I had a lot of fun creating my “sculpture” today! I loved this activity because it was simple, but it also allowed for endless creativity. I can’t wait to try this with my students this year and have our own exhibition at school!
This is a great activity to introduce play into the classroom right at the beginning of the new school year. The students can illustrate their favorite summer playtime activities by posing/creating their sculptures, and then use them to increase vocabulary in their narratives about their work.
